When I try to open the app, The screen is always black. I have to delete the app from my phone and re-download it before it can open normally! Hope fix this big bug!

Won’t allow u to delete account

You can’t delete your account even though it’s an option and it says account will be deleted. Apps that won’t let you delete your account and data are shady as all. Meta probably owns it Boycott Facebook and all meta products

You can sell an iPhone 16 for 200$ and no one will message you. App is a ghost town. Don’t download !!!

Several issues with this app. Immediately knew I was getting rid of this app when I saw it didn’t have the option to ship items. That greatly decreases the likelihood of a sale as you only sell to those close to you. It’s also literally impossible to delete your account. I tried accessing the help center on the app AND website and got error messages for both after multiple attempts. Finally I just googled “5miles delete account” to find out I could only “deactivate” my account. Please just use OfferUp instead. It has several issues too, but at least you can ship to buyers in the app.

Posted 15 items for sale, 24 Hours later not one view. Listing car parts they want you to pay $100 per year but they don’t even have a user base! Biggest joke of an App you could ever download! 4.7 Stars I am pretty sure the owners have been staying on top of writing their own positive reviews for years. THERES NO WAY THEY HAVE THAT MANY POSITIVE REVIEWS! ITS IMPOSSIBLE! Their app and user base is ZERO GARBAGE!!!!!

I used to love this app until the owner showed us his true intentions. Truth is, they don’t give a F about you. It’s all a pyramid scheme with these guys. It’s sale or be sold.

It’s suspicious how they won’t actually delete my account. I’ve tried 3 separate times and my account will not be deleted. This is so weird considering when you’re getting ready to delete they tell you what happens in the process of deleting and one thing THEY tell you is “your account will be deleted in a few minutes”. And it never does. I even tried logging out of the account manually and logging back in to see if maybe it wouldn’t let me get into the account but sure enough, my account was still active. This whole weird site seems like a scam, I don’t trust apps that won’t let me delete my account.

I had interested buyers but the app didn’t notify me with notifs to my phone not email. Disgusted with this failed excuse of an app. Wasting everyone’s time.

Unless you pay for your item to be as you won’t show on others feeds. I did a test with 2 phones and my items I posted did not show for 3 days with a verified account.

Scheme based app. Nothing sells. Bots. Analytics are broken. Redeem points broken.

It is a shame you can not do half of a star. SO MUCH AD SPAM. hard to navigate. No traffic. Can’t find my add You have to bribe users with coins to do daily check-in’s to use the app.

This whole app is full of scammers and when you post something for sale on it you immediately get messages asking if it’s available and these looking buyers are really scammers. So be careful with this app! Don’t download it!

This app is just one big scam. The only people that actually message you if you ever ever get a message is scammers. It's not a legit selling app

Filled with garbage auctions and the few items that really are for sale by an individual are nowhere near my location.

This app is a complete scam! One signed in you cannot delete your account. The capture keeps looping and they got you. You will get spammed and scammed as long as you have the app delete it and run far. Also, all the favorable reviews are fake. Read the bad ones. He’ll know what I mean.

Look online - way to many bad reviews because this app does not do what it says it does. Everything on my “LOCAL” list is states away. Deleting.

I used to use 5 miles all the time. It was great. Now there are sooo many businesses just loading up catagories they shouldn’t even be in! Mattresses should be in bedding but instead there are so many in furniture that I can’t even find my furniture posts or furniture im looking to buy. Businesses should have their own section or at least have to be in the right catagory! I’m using Offer Up from now on. This is beyond ridiculous.

There is some sort of bug where it doesn’t allow you to list items for sale. Once you get to the area where you have to select the condition of your item there are no options that pop up for selection and it is a required selection you have to make before you can post. Since no options pop up you just can’t move forward with the post. You can’t post items for sale at all.

Try to sell three things on this website no responses even though my prices are very low. I think they fix the algorithm so no one sees your posting they want you to buy boosting. It’s a scam website. I deleted it.

Way too many ads. Every 2 minutes a 30 second add pops up. When shopping for a car the price orginally is 2,000. When offering 2,000 the seller changes the price to be 2,000 for downpayment and the total will be 10,000. Don’t download

Submitted a redemption in August 2023 for Amazon gift card. Still waiting. Customer service replied once saying they were working on it.

Horrible I’m on the app with a mega deal for dirt cheap , I got 1 view in 2 days, just a sad app if I pay the $30 premium I could get 3x the views. Well 1x3=3. WOW what a deal. It’s not what I thought

Probably the worst selling app you can use.

They don’t pay out the gift cards you take months to earn. Waste of time. Reported them to the BBB. Used to be good, but they have changed. So many complaints about non payment in their chat room. Terrible business.

The app has become worthless! More and more scams! Don’t bother trying to earn points when you redeem them it doesn’t get you anything! You don’t get an Amazon gift card code! When you email support over it, you get endless promises of we are working on it! We will get it to you as soon as they become available! I would no longer recommend this app for anyone!

Won’t respond via email and won’t pay out on gift cards!!! ZERO STARS!!! Other apps have a WAY better rate of selling your products as well!!! Delete app..don’t get!!

Whatever you do don’t try to redeem a gift card using your points. I haven’t received any of the gift cards I redeemed. 5 Miles customer support responded a few times telling me “rest assured we will get it to you.” But it’s been over three months and they are now ignoring my emails. What a scam.

Too many old and outdated accounts Most of them have been hacked and are now actively being used by scammers These guys are stealthy, they didn’t want any money or personal information. They just wasted a lot of my time. There are way too many old outdated posts. Some ads are over 1000 days old. I made a formal complaint/ report through the App store about this. I happen to like this app and am trying to help them fix it. I will give them a new and much better review when they clean house and fix these issues.

They give you the option to redeem rewards for gift cards. I’ve been waiting for one for 6 months.. they don’t reply on Facebook or by email.

as a seller, my first impressions of this app have been poor. there are a lot of spam posts advertising buying used items or selling counterfeit items. there are also people who auto spam messages about new listings

As many of my colleagues know it’s a tough world out there and all it takes is one unhappy or fraudulent customer to try and ruin. Your reputation and business on this platform. I must commend 5 Mile for I have maintained above a 93% rating since 2016 and generate revenue off of here because the platform rewards performance and also protects you by removing hit jobs from clients that will threaten you to finish things for free.. in a perfect world everyone would be happy. At least this platform is far better than most in being there in support. Thank you 5mile.

I hate the coins and constant notifications of coins. I would have liked to had the choice to only enable notifications if my items were sold or had messages. This is the worst app I’ve ever used. i’ll get notifications that someone light my item and then when I go to insights it shows no activity, no views nothing. Very inaccurate and undependable and a waste of time.

I have had this app for awhile use to be great. Not impressed anymore and after logging in daily and finally reaching the 19,999 coins plus some extra tried to get a Amazon gift card which I did not receive and found others after I already used my coins, have not received there either. Sent a message to creator or admins they said they’d take care of it and I would receive my code soon to go to Amazon to submit it to get $20 on Amazon account. Never seen this email just letting everyone else know to be aware you might not get what you hope for that’s life. But my time is worth something to me and to waste it on no reward or blessing in return ain’t worth it to me. Sorry have a great day to anyone that reads this

I used to get my Amazon rewards immediately. The last time I tried, I got no code and have repeatedly asked about my gift card and am told to wait I will get it soon. It’s been months and nothing now. No one buys on it either, so I was basically using it for the rewards. I did buy a few of their bud things, but it’s all junk.

Supposed to collect coins for Amazon gift card, but when it's time to redeem them, you can not get the card. When you email them, if they answer, they tell you don't worry it will be taken care of. It's not. Then try to email again and you just get ignored. Several complaints in the app about this. Needs to be checked into.

So how good can this app be? Yes, i allowed it access to camera, photos, etc. i’d like to try it because i have stuff i’m having trouble selling. But if I cant even post anything…..!!

I use this app to make Amazon gift card money by sharing my link, completing tasks and surveys and was great at first where I would get my gift card immediately or within a couple days! The last time I redeemed took 1 MONTH to get a $20 Amazon gift card! Some of my friends have been WAITING MONTHS!!! I highly suggest to NOT USE THIS APP UNTIL THEY HONOR THEIR OFFERINGS!!! Currently, it’s been 3 WEEKS waiting on a $10gc and 1 MONTH AGAIN for a $20gc!!!

You can find good quality stuff and good deals

This app is a scam, they never credited my Amazon gift card. They don't even respond to my complaint. If you try to sell, only scammers will come to you.
